Something not working, or a question about your subscription? Write to us — a person reads every message.
readpath.app@gmail.comWe answer within two working days.
It helps if you tell us which iPhone you have, which version of ReadPath you are on (it is at the bottom of Settings), and what you were doing when it went wrong.
In your iPhone's Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → ReadPath → Cancel. Apple handles all billing, so this can only be done there. Your Premium features keep working until the end of the period you have paid for.
Open ReadPath, go to Me → Settings → Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you bought it with, then write to us.
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before and everything comes back — your books, sessions, notes and plan. Then tap Restore purchases in Settings to bring your subscription across.
Me → Settings → Delete account. It removes your account straight away and everything in it within 24 hours. It cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that first, in your iPhone's Settings, if you do not want to be charged again.
You can rebuild your plan once, from the edit icon on the Journey tab. Change your goal, your pace or your plan length and a new plan is built. Anything you have already read stays on your shelves.
From your own reading. On a Sunday evening, if you read at least twice that week and saved at least one note, we look at what you captured and write it up. The quote it shows you is always something you wrote, word for word.
Check iPhone Settings → ReadPath → Notifications is on. Then in ReadPath, Me → Settings → Reading schedule, and make sure your reading days and reminder time are set.
Yes. Me → Settings → turn off Offers & discounts. Your reading reminders, weekly review and Book of the Month keep coming.
If something looks wrong in a plan or a review — a book that does not exist, a quote that is not yours — please tell us. Those are the ones we most want to hear about.
